Pilot questions

What happens on day 30?

We present the results against the success criteria you chose. If you keep Permissionn, it carries on with no reinstall on the plan you pick (Starter at $499 or Growth at $1,999 a month), and the $1,500 fee is credited against your first invoices.

Can we stop early?

Yes, by email at any time. Removing the connection takes minutes and changes nothing on your site, and you can export your records first. The pilot fee isn’t refunded.

Will it slow down or break our site?

No. The pilot starts watch-only, nothing is blocked until you agree a rule, and if Permissionn can’t be reached your site, store or API carries on as normal.

What data do you keep?

For each request: the agent and how it was identified, the action, the decision and its reason. IP addresses are shortened or hashed, never stored whole. Your data is never sold or used to train AI models. See the data processing agreement.

We’re a large company. Is there a bigger pilot?

Yes. For several properties, SAML single sign-on or a security review first, we scope an Enterprise pilot with you. Book a call.
